The 10th European Network of Picturebook Research took place at the emblematic
Gulbenkian Foundation, Lisbon and was organised by Sandie Mourão (Nova University of
Lisbon, Portugal) and Ana Margarida Ramos and Inês Costa (Aveiro University, Aveiro,
Portugal).

The title of the conference was: Understanding the world: Multiculturality,
interculturality and global citizenship in picturebooks
